Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging or calling our team. Once a medicine has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For safety reasons, medicines that have left the pharmacy generally cannot be returned, except where an item is damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under applicable rules. Please contact us promptly in such cases.
